Although identity theft has been an ongoing issue for businesses and individuals alike, new forms of it seem to emerge every day.  One type of identity theft that has caused growing concern locally is that of Unemployment Benefits.  If you receive notices from the Unemployment Insurance Agency for a claimant you know to be employed, it is important to file a protest promptly.
